This role is the engine of that agenda.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"divider\" \/>\n<p class=\"section-label\"><strong>What you will own<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"body-list\">\n<li>Full P&amp;L ownership of the agency channel &#8211; recruitment, retention, productivity, and revenue<\/li>\n<li>Agency force strategy: structure, tiering, incentive design, and performance management<\/li>\n<li>Agent development &#8211; training, licensing pipeline, and leadership cultivation at all levels of the agency hierarchy<\/li>\n<li>Driving activity management disciplines and a culture of consistent, measurable sales performance<\/li>\n<li>Engagement with regulators and compliance requirements as they apply to the agency channel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr class=\"divider\" \/>\n<p class=\"section-label\"><strong>Who we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"body\">You are a senior distribution leader with a track record of growing and managing large tied agency forces in Hong Kong or a closely comparable market. You understand the cultural dynamics of Chinese agency models &#8211; how to motivate, lead, and develop agents and agency leaders at scale &#8211; and you have the numbers to prove it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"body\">Current or recent CAO or equivalent head-of-agency experience is the benchmark.
