De herstelorganisatie is operationeel; de focus ligt nu op verdere professionalisering en volledige implementatie van alle afhandelingsprocessen.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>De opdrachtgevende organisatie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Het betreft een grote, landelijk opererende publieke uitvoeringsorganisatie binnen het Nederlandse sociale zekerheidsdomein. De organisatie is verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van sociale verzekeringswetten en ondersteunt burgers bij arbeidsongeschiktheid, werkloosheid en re-integratie. Met duizenden medewerkers en een omvangrijk klantbestand opereert de organisatie in een politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelige context, waarbij zorgvuldigheid, rechtmatigheid en klantgerichtheid centraal staan.
