criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Support compliance-minded quality processes (e.g., auditability, traceability, documentation) as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of QA\/testing experience, with <strong>2+ years in a lead or managerial capacity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect lifecycle
