Acting as the bridge between business teams and technology, you will ensure mandate requirements are clear, consistent, and fully ready for system implementation and digital governance.<\/p>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\"> <\/h3>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Review and reformat existing investment mandates to improve clarity, consistency, and suitability for digitisation.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with internal Business Units to gather requirements, clarify ambiguities, and resolve outstanding items.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with developers and project stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into structured logic, rules, and clear specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation of interpretations, assumptions, changes, and approvals to ensure strong auditability and governance.<\/li>\n<li>Provide ad-hoc analytical, documentation, and coordination support for investment mandate and process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Success Measures<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>High quality and accuracy of mandate documentation and structured deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Timely and effective responses to business queries.<\/li>\n<li>Strong collaboration with both business and technology teams.<\/li>\n<li>Reduction in back-and-forth clarification cycles and rework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 dir=\"auto\">Requirements<\/h3>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in any discipline (Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields preferred).<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, Analyst, or in a similar requirements-focused role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to interpret complex written documents and turn them into clear, structured formats.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with developers or technology teams is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to investments, asset management, insurance, or regulated environments is advantageous but not mandatory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised Business Analyst who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology in a regional investment context.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/RXZnZW55LlZvbHlhbmlrLjU3OTEwLjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position Summary You will play a key role in reviewing, structuring, and digitising Unit-Linked Fund investment mandates.
