You&#8217;ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions that help organizations improve operational efficiency and business performance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the delivery of SAP SD solutions in customer-facing engagements from planning through execution.<\/li>\n<li>Drive solution design, configuration, and optimization across SAP ECC and SAP S\/4HANA environments.<\/li>\n<li>Support organizations through SAP S\/4HANA migration and transformation programs, including roadmap development and implementation planning.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver integrated enterprise solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Create and maintain architecture documentation, solution designs, and implementation standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth transition of completed solutions into production support and managed services teams.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior consultants and project team members.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and support integrations between SAP SD and FI, including accounts receivable, inventory accounting, pricing, and intercompany processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate on SD-MM integration activities, including material master and logistics-related impacts to order management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills Needed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12+ years of experience delivering SAP ECC and\/or SAP S\/4HANA solutions in leadership roles such as Functional Lead, Solution Architect, or Program Lead.<\/li>\n<li>10+ years of hands-on experience within SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Sales &amp; Distribution (SD).<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of sales and service-related business processes with deep SAP configuration expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting large-scale greenfield and brownfield SAP implementations.<\/li>\n<li>Industry experience within Oil &amp; Gas or other asset-intensive industries.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in consulting or enterprise environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working within a global consulting or professional services organization.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SAP MM, WM, QM, or PP modules.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and user experience enhancements.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud-based SAP landscapes and hybrid integration models.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If interested in the role, please apply and email your most updated resume to <strong>Liam <\/strong>at <strong>Liam.Schmidt@oliverjames.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/bGlhbS5zY2htaWR0LjkxNzI5LjExMzA5QG9saXZlcmphbWVzYXNzb2NpYXRlcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: SAP SD Functional Lead Location: Fully Remote Salary Range: $160,000 to $260,000 **Not open to 3rd parties** Overview: This role offers the opportunity to work on complex SAP initiatives involving S\/4HANA modernization, digital transformation, cloud integration, and process optimization. They require a hands\u2011on Business Analyst who can operate across multiple workstreams, with strong Financial Services experience and a background in business\u2011driven change. Experience in <strong>either SEPA<\/strong> (payments) <strong>or GDPR<\/strong> (data governance\/archiving) is essential.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will support a portfolio of upcoming change initiatives and be able to clearly articulate clearly delivered end to end achievements, including:<\/p>\n<p><strong>SEPA (Irish Payments) &#8211; Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse and document current SEPA payment processes for Irish transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the transition to a new SEPA file format.<\/li>\n<li>Work with payments and operations teams to ensure readiness for a hard regulatory deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Identify impacts, gaps, and business requirements to ensure uninterrupted payment processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>GDPR (Data Archiving &amp; Governance) &#8211; Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define requirements for centralised data archiving aligned to GDPR rules and retention schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Assess scope, appetite, and operational impact of implementing a unified archiving solution.<\/li>\n<li>Support updates to privacy notices and compliance documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with risk, compliance, and IT stakeholders to shape future data governance processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Workstreams<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enhancements to credit agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Risk and compliance tooling improvements.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting a Windows Server upgrade from a business\u2011change perspective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial Services experience is mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in business change, not just technical analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SEPA payments or GDPR\/data archiving (either is acceptable).<\/li>\n<li>Payments systems knowledge; understanding of loans\/credit products is an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to run workshops, map processes, gather requirements, and drive delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.<\/li>\n<li>Agile delivery experience; product\u2011focused mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Wm9lLldpbHNvbi45OTM0NC4xMTMwOUBvbGl2ZXJqYW1lc2Fzc29jaWF0ZXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Opportunity: Business Analyst in Change Management Location: Remote Contract: Outside IR35 Duration: 6-months Industry: Financial Services Overview of the Programme The organisation is delivering several high\u2011priority regulatory, payments, compliance, and technology change initiatives.
