You will work on projects centred around valuations and reserve development for medical and other A&amp;H products, captive feasibility, funding, reserving, and risk\/capital management. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leader of a firm-wide Strategy &amp; Transformation function for the Hong Kong business, designing and developing corporate and business growth strategies and development plans for Hong Kong, Macau as well as GBA initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the formulation of growth strategies and related initiatives, including market expansion, distribution, partnerships and product and customer segment development, while proactively identifying and assessing new growth opportunities aligned with the group&#8217;s strategic objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend and build business case on strategic initiatives, articulate and translate ideas into execution priorities, action plans and transformation programmes.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the full lifecycle of strategic initiatives, establishing and maintaining robust governance, frameworks and processes to enable effective and timely decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and initiative evaluating assumptions, timelines, and expected impact against the overall strategy<\/li>\n<li>Communicate market insights effectively to the management and business leaders by evaluating industry
