A Global top-tier leading Reinsurance business, known for their growth strategy across multiple markets and transformation is looking for a Branch Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will require experienced leadership to coach and steer a team, balancing the required skill sets to deliver as Business Partner for the Singapore Location Head on legal entity management and ensure excellence in the business operations. Responsibilities include mentoring the team, manage relationships with key stakeholders across the business, and actively involved in the strategy implementation and preparation work.
Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead, build relationships and apply leadership 'authority' in a wider sense
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence and negotiate effectively
- Strategic and Analytical skills
- At least 5 years of Operational knowledge in Reinsurance/ Insurance
- Demonstrated experience in operations or transformation execution (project and organisational change experience is a plus)
- Ability to lead a team, motivated and good team player
- Confidence to present to audiences / decision makers
- Strong computer/systems literacy including first class office tools such as Word and PowerPoint skills
