Our client is looking for a Business Analyst for Capital Markets in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the overall project manager and/or business analyst to deliver projects
- Manage/ undertake end-to-end project tasks from feasibility study, project planning, requirement analysis, UAT management to implementation support
- Develop project documents such as user requirement specifications and UAT plan
- Develop in-scope procedure manuals and forms
- Support production migration/verification, post implementation review and production problem solving
Requirements
- Have a minimum 4 years working in Financial Services with solid domain knowledge within one or more banking segments, knowledge in financial products (fixed income, equities, equities derivatives) is a plus
- Experience of business or digital change, ideally across the end-to-end change lifecycle
- Experience with project financial management, project planning, resource management, RAID logs
- A solid understanding of Agile development practices and forums (e.g. Scrum, Sprint delivery, backlog management)
- Proven stakeholder management experience, particularly between PO, Business, Architects, Scrum Masters and other teams
