As a Change Advisor, you will support client transformations and adoption of HR platforms by conducting / assisting process review and redesign. You will review and strengthen change management plans and activities to support the changes. Some Requirements
Certifications on Prosci or APMG
Deep knowledge in cloud-based Human Capital Management and Financials-enabling technologies
Experience in Change Management & Business Transformation
Relevant experience on training design and delivery related to HR and/or Financial system
