The Role
Cloud-Native Transformation Specialist | We are currently recruiting for an experience and forward-thinking Interim Cloud-Native Transformation Specialist on behalf of one of the Swiss market's most innovative smart energy businesses. This Cloud-Native Transformation Specialist role would be based out of Zurich and would see the successful candidate be responsible for overseeing and delivering on cloud-native strategy and transformation across the enterprise as well as playing a significant advisory role in broader technology, innovation underlying critical infrastructure,
Cloud-Native Transformation Specialist Responsibilities
- Work closely with various stakeholders across the enterprise to understand the needs of the business and define a strategy for Cloud Operations, Systems Operations, Digital Integrations, etc
- Identify opportunities for the business to innovate and gain competitive advantage over rival businesses
- Management of technical infrastructure programmes as well as the full implementation lifecycle of new systems
- Budgeting / cost management / risk management regarding technology as well as advising senior management with the best courses of action
- Close collaboration with the COO and CISO amidst other senior stakeholders withing the business
Cloud-Native Transformation Specialist Requirements
- Demonstrable experience of working in an advisory capacity at board and C-Suite level
- Strong technical background in Cloud-enable transformation
- Excellent knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Business Applications and Cloud-based environments including CI/CD, Cloud to Cloud, Microservices, DevOps, CloudOps, etc
- An appreciation of Enterprise Architecture
- Good experience of working in a multi-national business that is looking to scale-up
- A progressive mind-set that is curious about ways to innovate and disrupt the 'status-quo'
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills along with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders across all levels of an enterprise
- German or French would be preferred though is not essential
