Commercial Analyst

I am recruiting for a very interesting Commercial Analyst / Financial Analyst position with a leading Financial Technology firm.

Working with global financial institutions and investing in growing businesses my client operates on global scale offering the team an opportunity to interact with international firms daily.

This role would be very much suited to a hardworking and commercially aware individual. You will be involved in new transactions and you will be responsible for a portfolio of company's.

The main duties within this role will include financial analysis, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, review of existing contracts and service level agreements.

You will provide and regularly present analysis and commercial status to senior management.

If you have a background in legal but also interested in the finance arm of a company this might be the perfect role for you.

Due to the nature of the role and exposure to senior level management you must have at least 3 years legal or finance experience.
