Key responsibilities:

• Knowledge of business processes and structure within an insurance environment.
• Strong understanding of the FCA/PRA's requirements and standards.
• Overseeing the operation, development and governance of the Conduct Risk Framework, conducting risk assessments and providing reports to Board Committees as required.
• Providing day-to-day team management responsibilities, including regular one-to-one meetings, annual assessments and developing team objectives.

The suitable candidate will have experience working within a Compliance team, ideally in an Insurance firm.
