  Key responsibilities:
• Leading a team of 3 analysts
• Own IFRS 9, IRR pricing and affordability models
  
  Person requirements:
• Background in model building, validation or audit within banks, building societies or similar lenders
• Proficient in SAS and SQL
• Ability to challenge processes and present to ExCo
• An eye for detail and ability to identify longer term vulnerabilities
