Our client's highly regarded, profitable, technically focused Cyber Security Consulting business, delivers high quality assurance and security insights to enterprise clients across the UK, Northern Europe, the US, Singapore, and Japan. It also provides through the research that it undertakes on new technologies and client problems a body of knowledge that helps further the cyber security industry and creates positive brand.
They are seeking an exceptional individual to co-lead a significant part of their business; an individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow and scale the consulting team.
Job duties:
- P&L Accountability for our Consulting Business in the region
- Responsibility for successful and high-quality delivery of Cyber Security Consulting including direct line management of consultant delivery.
- Matrix management of supporting sales, engineering and business operations supporting teams. Responsibility for the acquisition, training and career development of a high quality and effective consulting workforce.
- Delivery and completion of an ongoing transformation to globally align our Consulting portfolio, ways of working and delivery approach.
- Working together with Portfolio Management, ensuring that our Consulting services deliver against our clients' needs, support the Consulting and wider Solutions and Company strategies.
- Embed our research led culture for consultant teams.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role in an international Consulting business that delivers successfully against demanding enterprise client needs.
Specifically:
- Understanding and experience in high-growth consulting business.
- Commercially minded individual who can manage significant P&L and optimise our delivery profile whilst continuing to deliver amazing outcomes.
- Experience of successfully leading within a matrix organization.
- Proactive and effective communicator both to our people and our clients.
- Ability to think strategically and operate independently.
- Able to build strong relationships with key counterparts within the Solutions team and the wider organisation.
- Openness, easy to approach, trustworthiness, positive, growth mind-set.
