Digital Portfolio Management, Associate Director/VP

Oliver James are currently supporting the hiring a Insure with no.1 business performance across multiple markets in APAC. With their strength of in established business model built on high-quality distribution, they have performed exceptionally well compared to their competitor despite the pandemics.

They have identify the opportunity to accelerate the use of technology to provide deeper and actionable insights into customer needs and preferences. This large scale transformation program spans across 18 markets in APAC countries and are forecast to bring on 3-fold business size.

We are currently looking for a Associate Director/VP with regional Digital Portfolio/Program Management.

Job Responsibility

Digital Portfolio Management

  • Provide reporting on Digital workstream benefits including analysis and trending to ensure benefits are realised and /or provide early warning of potential shortfalls. Work with business unit Transformation Office lead and finance to understand and remediate shortfall variances
  • Support management of the Group Digital budget including regular reporting across Platforms /CoEs in conjunction with Technology business and Group Finance and ensure accurate and timely cost recharges to countries

Digital Performance Management

  • Responsible for the implementation of enhancements to the Group's golden source KPI dashboard for Customer /Agency Usability and Adoption performance metrics and other strategic and externally reported KPIs
  • Work with Group CEOs of Group Distribution channels (Agency, Digital Partner Platforms and Partnership Distribution) and Head of Group Vitality to monitor KPI forecast variances in 14 countries and to understand root cause /remediation plans

Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management - a consultancy background insurance or financial services is preferred
  • People management experience with a track record of achieving goals with diverse team members
  • Proven leadership capability in a corporate environment
  • Creating KPIs to improve business goals as well as UX

Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent presentation skill with experiences presenting to senior management
  • Excellent communication skill in identifying an optimal solution even if there are competing ideas from different parties
  • Excellent project and task management skills
  • Must be fluent in English
