Looking for a Digital Product Senior BA (35k)
My client is one of the global leaders in the field of insurance and we are currently looking for candidates with digital product experience and a good exposure in Agile methodologies to join their digital product team.
We are currently in search for a Digital Product Senior BA for the following objectives:
- Drive the future developments of their digital platform by understanding market trends, customer preferences and digital behaviors
Job requirements:
- Using storyboarding, task analysis, user research tasks to capture and develop user requirement
- Assisting with the creation and design of process flows, journey maps, etc. that can facilitate the understanding of sales customer journey
- Assist with UAT, Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts in ensuring user stories are developed correctly and meet acceptance criteria
We are looking for candidates:
- With end to end digital product development experience, working with different teams in defining product requirements, customer experience journey, UX UI design and IT teams in project deliver
- Hands on experience in Agile delivery methods
- At least 4-5 years of experience in business analysis & 2 years of digital transformation projects as a product owner
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
