I am working with a Leading Insurance Organisation who are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join their Enterprise Architecture and Data Management team. This role is owning the design and implementation of a cohesive end to end global platform and standardisation of business processes.

Your duties will include

• Ownership of the technology system architecture and functional design needed to support and meet company business goals across the Unify Programme and across the organsiaiton.
• Clearly setting the context, defining common elements and creating patterns and standards to apply the details at a project level
• Will provide technical design and architecture independently for business solutions
• Document systems and processes using multiple architectural models - with first-hand experience in building and developing these to reflect their organisational strategies and goals to ensure creation of vision and goals that will achieve this
• Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies and IT processes and suggesting improvements
• Works with Business Architecture, Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Business SME's to determine the scope of various solutions by understanding the business requirements and how the various solutions will knit together.
• Collaborates with the Architecture team to leverage and contribute to enterprise artefacts ensuring that the solution(s) architecture is implemented in alignment with the overall organisation strategy and aligned to the bigger picture
• Works across teams to identify existing data designs, patterns, tools, or techniques that may facilitate or expedite delivery. Ensures architecture artifacts are created in accordance with architecture standards - and driving the definition of these.
• Works across the various business functions to drive the Architecture Vision and roadmap

In order to be considered for this role you must be an Enterprise Architect with a clear understanding of functional and non functional business and data requirements and how these are achieved with point solutions, as well being able to develop an understanding of Architecture across the business and an understanding of best practice. For this role it is essential you have worked with SAP before, along with a strong technical background, with a solid track record of delivering solutions, and developing an over arching architectural roadmap.
