Currently I am looking for a EU Compliance Manager for an insurtech focusing on fleet insurance.
My client is the first UK Insurtech to be valued over $1 billion and offers flexible usage insurance for vehicles, backed by and driven by data. After a steep growth in the UK, Ireland, France and Spain this insurtech is now expanding their business towards multiple Europe locations. Among which the Netherlands, where the EU Compliance Manager will be situated.
Within this position you will:
- Support the risk function holder in the implementation and maintaining the risk management framework in the Netherlands and across the EU
- Ensure compliance with all the relevant EU regulations,
- Develop the European risk framework
- Play a key role in the functioning of the European insurance distribution hub in the Netherlands and expansion across the EU
- Coordinate the key deliverables, including the ORSA, Risk Register, Compliance Monitoring Plan, Risk Event Register, Board packs and policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of exposure to the EU insurance or fintech market
- Expertise in the second line of defence
- Great analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
