I am currently supporting a leading Insurance business on their search for a Finance Systems Manager during a period of growth
- Manage a team of 3 staff and create a culture of collaboration, excellence and professional growth.
- Ensure system development based on requirements and own and external improvement suggestions
- Increase efficiency and quality of processes by leveraging system capabilities and implementation of system based process & control improvements combined with enhancement of automated procedures
- Build strong relationships within Finance & Actuarial, IT and Underwriting colleagues to maintain and improve the quality of cost centre structure and expense capturing.
Profile Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of expenses processing
- SAP based system knowledge preferred
- Proven meaningful process standardization and automation
- Must have full right to work within the UK (no sponsorship available) - hybrid/flexible working available.
