Medior or Senior Functional Analyst/ IT Business Analyst

A major insurance is looking for a FA to make the link between ICT and the business in order to help ongoing exciting digital projects to move forward. As an expert, you will be in contact with external partners such as the NIHDI, production services of the health insurance and much more.

Your tasks & responsibilities :

- Translate the business' needs into functional & business analysis (user stories) to generate the necessary solutions ;

- Coordination & implementation of the software solution (JAVA) to ensure that the development meets the structured business requirements ;

- Help our system to meet legal and evolving needs, introduced by internal and external stakeholders ;

- Assure Quality Control process and organise the acceptance for the deliveries of the own sub-domain ;

- Support projects managers in creating products and process that add the desired value to our support ;

- Test the solution in the integrated environment following the Agile method ;

- Evaluate the impact of potential changes on the software modules and report any potential problems ;

Technical requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar role ;

- Knowledge of analysis methods and tools for layout models (SPARX, for instance) ;

- SQL knowledge ;

- Good knowledge of software testing & IT architecture ;

- Knowledge of Project Management is a plus ;

- Knowledge of BPMN is a plus.

- Native Dutch Or French with good understanding in the other language + ENG

- Strong analytic skills

- Good communication skills

- Able to identify & implement process improvements - helicopter view

- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
