My client is seeking a General Manager for their Life Insurance business.

The role will lead a team of 80 across sales (75% of headcount), product, business development and governance & control, and have P&L responsibility.

We are seeking a candidate from insurance or wealth management with significant team leadership experience, who can delegate responsibility, manage upwards and sustainably grow the bottom line.
