Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of the Group and subsidiary financial statements
- Prepare and review monthly group reconciliations under IFRS
- Prepare key judgement papers as part of the annual audit process
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisers
- Assist with acquisition integration of newly-acquired companies
- Perform ad hoc finance projects as and when required
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- ACA / ACCA accountant, ideally with a Top10 audit background
- Experience of Group consolidations
- Experience of both IFRS and FRS 102
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work to tight deadlines
