6-12 Month Interim Senior Legal Counsel Contract available

  • You will provide commercial advice and support on legal issues
  • You will also provide advice to business areas on Compliance related matters, region or line of business.
  • You will analyse new and changing laws and regulations.

Required experience:

  • 3-4 years (PQE) post qualification experience
  • In-house negotiating commercial contracts
  • Experience negotiating and drafting various types of legal documents including contracts, memos, subcontracts, vendor, trading, and acquisition agreements as well as other legal documents.
