Oliver James are recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst to join our fast-growing digital insurance clients, who put digital innovation at the front of their processes to continuously disrupt the traditional insurance market.

Our client is looking for a Junior BA to identify and implement resolutions for inefficiencies within the businesses processes, working closely with a range of teams across the different functions of the business.

The ideal candidate will need to translate IT and operational requirements within a digital insurance business, to deliver end-to-end solutions which are robust and efficient. The ideal candidate will be degree educated with relevant experience in a Business Analyst role.
