Network Security Analyst | Zug, Switzerland | Salary DoE
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Network Security Analyst to join a family-owned international connection technology business based in the city of Zug, Switzerland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for German speaking IT or Cyber Security professionals who are in the early stages of their career and looking to strengthen their skills and expand their knowledge in the field of network security.
As a Network Security Analyst, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and external partners to ensure the smooth operation of the company's global network, which is both on-prem and cloud-based. You will be responsible for strengthening the security of the company's network by improving network performance, troubleshooting potential issues and risks, and resolving incidents and changes in an efficient and effective manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and updating security documentation in the event of changes.
Network Security Analyst Qualifications:
- IT training or a bachelor's degree with additional training in networking
- Previous work experience in a technical network role
- Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps is a plus
- Familiarity with Palo Alto products, Aruba, WAF and Azure Networking is preferred
- A basic understanding of scripting or programming, particularly in a security setting
- Fluency in both German and English
