Looking for a Quality Assurance Lead for Operational Excellence function:
My client is one the industry leaders in the insurance industry and they have invested and put in a lot of resources in data analytics tools to generate significant improvements in customer experience and achieve operational excellence.
We are currently in search for a Team Lead for the following objectives:
- Technology enablement and provide best practices operation solutions based on data analytics
- Drive process and efficiency improvement in the end-to-end origination processes
- Strong analytical support together with Sales Support team to provide insight on business opportunities & process improvement in E2E business origination process
Job Responsibility:
- Business Management: Maintain overview of all projects and initiatives related to business and operations
- Establish Best Practices: Define Business Service Risk Control, Quality and Performance Tracking Framework
- Data Analytics and insights: Perform quality review on Business Services data inputs and assist in maintaining data quality in Business Services responsible tools
- Solution Enablement: Provide training to new users and also refresher training to improve overall data quality in the origination tool
We are looking for candidates with the following qualities/experience:
- Strong insurance/reinsurance knowledge
- Experience in reporting tools and providing data insight, preferrable BI
- Relevant experience is driving process & quality improvements
- Numeracy & analytical capabilities to consider data, identify abnormalities and use information to develop action plan
- Fluency in English or other Asian languages
