The Outsourcing Vendor Analyst will join an existing team to actively manage relationships with Outsourced Service Providers ("OSPs")
Key duties:
- To establish good working relationships with OSP to allow for effective oversight and monitoring relationship
- To review Management Information (MI) received from OSP each month and analytically and critically review it
- To manage Incident and Breach process with the OSP to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- To facilitate Client Service Meetings
- Take the Minutes of Meetings, logging and following up on actions
- To review and approve OSP and Third Party invoices
- Work closely with the Outsourcing Manger to support budgeting and invoice process
- To provide regular status update to Outsourcing Manager and escalate issues as they arise
- To analytically review MI to identify trends across multiple OSPs
- To review current reporting requirements and develop improvements for consolidation of reporting
- Assess existing processes and identify areas of weakness for improvement
- Work within cross functional project teams
- Ad Hoc reports / tasks as requested
