We have partnered with an award winning financial services client in Germany to support them in a global HR & Payroll transformation initiative. My client are looking for an experienced Payroll RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst to fulfil an initial 6 month project requirement. You will be responsible for:
- Requirements analysis and design of RPA based solutions to improve process efficiency of Payroll function
- Preparation, implementation, and follow-up of Payroll process evaluation with the process owners of the HR Ops areas
- Stakeholder meetings with Payroll process experts to record the processes and prepare the documentation
- Conduct work in an Agile environment, presenting user stories in refinement sessions
- Definition of access and role of the bot in the respective HR system
You will have the opportunity to play an important part in a globally recognised transformation programme expected to run into 2023. The work can be delivered completely remotely and we have competitive rates on offer. Experience required:
- Proven track record in RPA Business Analysis / Consultant in complex organisations
- Experience defining and designing RPA solutions specific to Payroll function
- Fluent German & English language skills
- Understanding of international Payroll processes and requirements
- Experienced with RPA tools such as; Automation Anywhere, UI Path and BluePrism
