** Project/Programme Manager - Space Optimisation - Insurance/Financial Services - OUTSIDE IR35 - London 6 month Contract **

A leading Insurance business based in the City of London, is looking for a Project or Programme Manager to join the business to deliver a new project focused on space optimisation. You will be the key point of contract for the business to coordinating and liaising, across a number of work streams, between external project management leads, external advisors and contractors, internal work stream stakeholders.

The areas you will be working on will be to assist the business to move from being on 2 floors into 1 floor and looking at overall project coordination, you will develop and maintain the required project charter, governance and structure, Interact closely with external project management leads and coordinate with external advisors and contractors and internal project participants, Coordinate between all work streams and Manage project plan ensuring all work streams are tracking to plan, issues or delays are being resolved and agreed milestones and metrics are met.

You will also need to be hands on and be a part of the design Process and Move Coordination and Assist with the coordination of detailed design briefings and publication of specific requirements to the design team, coordinate layout and design reviews and approvals with the client and oversee move management planning and implementation along with Instructing the coordination of, and assist with, furniture and filing review and publish strategy.
The ideal candidate will need to be an experienced hands-on project or programme Manager who has strong space Optimisation experience with strong organisational skills and can work under pressure. You will also need have to previously demonstrated proactive approaches to critical thinking and problem-solving with strong decision-making capability and have strong leadership and project discipline skills.
