Our Swiss banking client require a Virtual Design lead to join on an initial 12 month month contract. The Creative Lead Visual Designer will shape and own the user interface design of the banks products and design strategy. They will collaborate with a cross-functional team, including engineers and product managers to ensure the digital banks branding is consistent and appealing.

Experience

• Deep knowledge of UX design principles and practices which will enable you to drive front-end development
• Creating exceptional consumer experiences by driving the improvement of the digital brand presence, including developing design strategies across customer channels
• Experience with creating digital design systems and visual design
• Experience with designing user experience environment for large software projects
• Adobe XD, Axure, and Figma tools experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and improvement of visual storytelling to define user needs, product concepts, and visual assets
• Creating exceptional consumer experiences by driving the improvement of our digital brand presence, including developing design strategies across customer channels
• Develop prototypes and models to use in various products to maximise aesthetic consistency
• Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics
