My client is a high fashion luxury retail and we are currently looking for a few experts in Salesforce. You will be the visible point of contact for the release and a role model of delivery excellence for the product group.
Description:
Plan and execute scheduled releases for multiple Salesforce instances and supervise all activities related to testing and deployment of a release for an application product (or a number of products).
Responsbility:
- Manage release across multiple feature teams, ongoing workstreams changes.
- Coordinate the demands of a number of projects into one delivery plan and align demand for different features with release delivery calendar and publish release calendar.
- Manage proper tracking of released components in version control.
- Liaise with project/product managers, keeping them updated on release progress against milestones, risks, and issues.
- Prepare release notes and communicate release status to stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, taking along till production live managing any env challenges, and farsighted to escalate/resolve issues ahead of time without impacting release timelines.
- Liaise with project managers to identify and engage the right resources needed to ensure the success of the project(s) and /or release(s).
- Ensure the effective development of robust, effective application/product changes for all projects within a software release.
- Manage aggregate change control and configuration management for any application/product releases.
- Recommend appropriate way forward to key stakeholders based on the outcome of impact assessments.
