Title: Security Engineer

We are partnered with a national mortgage insurance company who are seeking a Security Engineer. They are looking for someone who leads security reviews/assessments and makes recommendations to management regarding new solutions to meet information security goals.
Skills Needed:
- Experience with cloud security technologies and architectures within Azure and AWS.
- Working experience with security architecture best practices and standards for enterprise environments.
- Professional experience with various security infrastructure tools such as intrusion prevention/detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus/endpoint detection and response, Office365/Microsoft365, and privileged access management (PAM.)
- Scripting or automation experience when working or interacting with security products and tools.
- Excellent understanding of application/information security issues, DevOps/DevSecOps techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of conducting security and vulnerability assessments, reviews, as well as audits.
- Proficiency in identifying and responding to security incidents.
- Background in IT Operations/IT Systems Administration.
- Penetration testing or Red Team experience.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience in lieu of) a minimum of five years of information security, IT audit, and/or IT compliance experience and retention.
- Pursuit of a recognized security certification such as CISSP, CCSP, Security+, GIAC (GSEC, GSOM, GPEN, etc.)
