The job holder is responsible to lead the security initiatives to work with 3rd party provider and stakeholders ensuring all the requirement and deliverables are achieved at the desired state. The incumbent is responsible for providing technical support and consultancy to other functions during security assessment, act as the subject matter expert on all security control, technology and process
Job Description
1. Lead the security assessment from architectural design data privacy protection, security control perspectives
2. Liaise with business units to ensure the security control and best practices are applied to new and existing systems
3. Ensure all the system or technology deployed within the organization are complying to the local laws and regulations
4. Lead and project manage all the security initiatives throughout the whole life cycle to ensure the successful delivery
5. Review current security posture with the industrial best practices and provide improvement opportunities
6. Develop and update the security control requirement documentation periodically with all functional heads
7. Support cyber security awareness and assist with corporate security strategies by defining security related programs and campaigns
The Successful Applicant
1. 5 years or above related experience in information security or related fields
2. Bachelor degree or above in Information Security or relevant academic backgrounds; qualifications in CCAK / CCSK, CISSP, PMP would be highly preferred
3. Familiar with China laws and regulations such as CSL, DSL, PIPL would be an advantage
4. Knowledge in security framework such as NIST, CIS, ISO is preferred
5. Solid experience in security technologies such as Authorization, Authentication, Encryption, Detection & Response, Data Protection, Cloud Security, etc
6. Strong technical competencies with hands-on experience on major security tools / products
7. Good analytic and writing skill to provide a thoughtful assessment report to indicate all the technical risks with recommendations
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English would be a bonus
9. Self-initiated, strong team player with good communication and influence skills
10. Required business travels
