The Senior Business Analyst will be a self starter, with excellent communication skills will take a lead role in the planning and monitoring of business analysis activities on a Finance OR Actuarial project pillar of a large project/Programme. He/She will monitor and manage outputs and taking preventative and corrective action where necessary.
Key skills:
- Run meetings/workshops to drive out requirements with our Finance OR Actuarial SMEs and ensure that solutions are comprehensive and of high quality to meet stakeholder requirements
- Be proficient in risk management programmes which impact business analysis activities; following appropriate procedures to control, monitor and report on business activities. Ensuring solutions are delivered in accordance with corporate-approved methodologies, applicable standards, regulatory frameworks, and professional and legal requirements
- Drive process and delivery improvements, to ensure the continued development and enhancement of services provided
- Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a BA leader to provide coaching/mentoring to pass on technical knowledge and support on functional and business-related issues
- Take a lead role in delivering and co-ordinating specific or related tasks within cross functional teams
