• Lead the design, implementation and execution of the overall the Group Technology Assurance Reporting for all markets in accordance with the Group Technology Roadmap and Group Information Security Automation projects. To lead the investigation process and resolution on any discrepancies in the reporting data and/or breakage in the automated reporting tools

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Contribute and support the Head of Technology Assurance & Information Security Governance in defining, developing, and implementing new Group technology assurance and Group Information Security reporting and metrics.
  
• Lead continuous strategic and long-term improvement of the overall quality of reporting.
  
• Use the analytics reports and make improvement recommendation to management in decision-making
  
• Lead the review of the KRIs and metrics regularly with all the departments within Group Technology and ensure the accuracy of the reporting logic.
  
• To ensure the Group Information Security automation projects milestones are being achieved within the defined project timeline.
  
• To ensure the complete and proper documentations of the automation project, review the documents and sign off the same.
  
• Review analytics reports and presentation slides and ensure the accuracy and consistency of the presented information.
  
• To work closely with Group Information Security teams in respect of metrics and KRIs reporting and automation when needed.
  
• Lead the investigation process on any discrepancies in the reporting data and/or breakage in the automated reporting tools and ensure closure and mitigation of issues
  
• Advise BUs on KRIs reporting and metrics
  
• To support and participate any project initiatives for remediation, service improvement and/or cost-savings.
  
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in areas relating to reporting and analytics.
  
• Degree from Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
  
• Experience in working with automation solutions such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  
• Experience in Cybersecurity and deep technical knowledge in the area.
  
• Experience in managing large scale and complex projects.
  
• Experience in consulting firms in the area of metrics and reporting is preferred.
