I am currently recruiting for a Senior Operation Risk Associate within a rapidly growing Alternative Mortgage company due to restructuring within the business
The role will be responsible for
- Update the company's risk management framework & associated policies and processes documents.
- Review the company Risk Register & Business Risk Self Assessments
- Provide oversight and Root Cause Analysis of the company Incident Management process.
- Provide mentoring and training to the Operational Risk Associate
- Produce timely & accurate Risk MI for inclusion in relevant reporting.
Profile Requirements
- Ability to analyse & interpret complex issues & provide advice.
- Financial Services experience - essential
- A strong communicator with the confidence to challenge when required.
- Ability to understand and convey information clearly and help others understand risk issues.
