Job Description:

Are you a professional who has a passion for data and can work collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving fast paced work environment? If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you. The successful candidate will be assisting with large scale remediations to analyze, restructure and introduce automations through RPA solutions for Fixed Income and Equity trading account setups and management.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead work streams by acting as a subject matter expert for large scale data remediations and automation initiatives in the Data Enablement space in accordance with Project Management methodologies
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how various Capital Market products are set up and maintained in the trading systems (e.g., Fixed Income, Equity)
  • Analyze and update large data sets in various systems, provide upward feedback and analysis, produce reporting and metrics as appropriate
  • Get involved with building RPA solutions to simplify Data Enablement functions and functions across departments as required, in accordance with governance guidelines for Robotic Process Automation
  • Work closely with team members and business partners to ensure a clear end-to-end project understanding and view; execute several critical project tasks and actively participate in possible development, testing and implementation of new processes or operational efficiencies
  • Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers, root or systemic causes of cross functional operational issues including risk events, interpret findings and make recommendations
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are updated regularly as needed
  • Put forward creative, innovative ideas to streamline processes and simplify the way we operate
  • Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness as well as keeping everyone up to date on the status of routine activities
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise/ analysis or operational process support to Partners in Global Operations and business Services where required
  • Provide upward feedback and analysis, developing and executing on reporting functions and/or producing consolidated or aggregated reporting as appropriate
