We are currently recruiting for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join one of our Insurance clients based in Waco, TX. This is a full time opportunity on a permanent basis. The position represents a great opportunity for someone who wants to join a company that is focusing on modernizing their tech. The successful individual will be helping to build, test, and present new modernized versions of their already existing structure in the business. It will require someone with strong communication abilities to successfully co-ordinate and collaborate across disciplinary teams.
In this role, you would be working fully remote with the occasional trip into the office at the most 1x a month (fully expensed). Core responsibilities include:
- Engagement with teams to develop, test and implement new solutions
- Create and test software to improve processes
- Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams and provide assistance when needed
- Write code for customers
Required experience:
- Azure, CI/CD, and Docker
- Great coding experience
- Python or an equivalent language
- Strong communication ability
- Linux Experience
