My client is a Global Fortune 100 Insurance organization that is looking for a Transition Manager/Programme Manager to join the team.

This position will be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and this will be a regional role (Asia Pacific).

The Transition Manager will be responsible for the planning, management and delivery of an agreed and evolving set of Asia Pacific processes transitions to our partnered service providers and to negotiate and own SLAs and KPIs till completion

• Work with the Global Transition Manager and business partners to support the delivery of transitions across Asia Pacific
• Manage end to end process or task transitions ensuring they are planned and carried out in a timely manner and within budget.
• Undertake all aspects of the planning process, maintain and manage detailed plans and governance using prescribed frameworks throughout the transition lifecycle, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements.
• Track project implementation, publish/review status updates and reports; proactively identify risks and issues, escalate as required as well as look to provide relevant solution.
• Working closely with the service providers/ vendors to ensure a smooth and successful transition whilst keeping all parties involved in the transition updated on its progress

Requirements:

• Project management qualification or extensive experience with a good understanding of business analysis and change management
• Demonstrable focus on successful delivery of multi department / business area projects
• including IT elements
• Demonstrable experience of internal and external stakeholder engagement (including
• vendors)
• Experience in shared services environment managing transitions from onshore to offshore
