One of our biggest FS clients is currently looking to grow its HRIS team.

An exciting vacancy with one of the biggest Financial Services MNC has just become available. You will be responsible for all HR related data analytics and digital transformation (and integration) initiatives, which include active management of HR system implemented in Asia. The role holder is responsible for coordinating the Data, HR and Technology teams in the Local business Units in Asia for ensuring smooth operation of the system, data integrity and superior project management to achieve team goals.

You will be part of a diverse and ambitious team of HR professionals all over the Asia region and will have access to C-level suite in the organization, which will be a huge opportunity for your professional and career development.

Who are we looking for:

  • At least 7 years' experience in HRIS operation or implementation projects, ideally in the Management consulting of FS company.
  • Exceptional data analytical skills and attention to details, strong PPT presentation skills.
  • Strong experience in a dynamic project management role and remote stakeholder management
  • Proven experience monitoring People KPI and managing and analyzing HR data.
  • Previous experience working in a regional or head office or working with different countries and regions.
  • Knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Previous experience in HR systems is required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day HRIS operations, enhancement or change management for HRIS across the region.
  • HR Data & Strategic KPI monitoring and reporting to senior stakeholders and forums.
  • Workforce monitoring, Regional HR data reconciliation and consolidation to ensure BI and MI is up to date and reported correctly.
  • Be a pivotal point of contact for HR system related issues within the team, support other HR SMEs on any system related queries.
  • Management of global or regional initiatives and project related to HCM space.
  • HRIS project management and support for regional digital initiatives.
