The role will report to respective (CMB and Banking) Finance teams, which provide financial reporting, analysis and day to day partnership to respective businesses and WCOO. The role holder will play a key part in the delivery of the Wholesale COO (WCOO) programme and will be responsible for providing financial analysis and programme support for Global Wholesale COO, Business CFO and Wholesale Programme team .

• Preparation for and follow up from a number of executive and management committees covering Wholesale COO costs.

• Providing framework for robust financial planning, management, tracking and reporting on Wholesale COO Direct costs including monthly forecast submissions and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Managing and escalating risks to delivery plans for timely attention of senior management.

• Working closely with counterparts to provide a view of indirect costs on a combined Wholesale basis (CMB/Banking).

• Tracking, running and monitoring the YTD actuals reporting for Wholesale COO costs (Direct/Indirect), FTE exits, indirect costs and escalating issues in a timely manner.

• Providing ad-hoc input into management presentations or leading presentations to the CMB and/or Banking CFO or Wholesale COO team, particularly where financial or FTE data is required.

• Supporting transformation leads in preparation and tracking of CTA business cases, ad-hoc tasks, data analysis and presenting information to the Wholesale COO management team.
