transformation across its core business units, including Retirement Services, Life Insurance, and Workforce Benefits.
This role sits at the center of that change, with Salesforce positioned as a key enabler of sales effectiveness and enterprise-wide sales enablement.
Role Purpose:
  • The Director of Product will lead the Salesforce and Customer Platforms agenda across multiple business units, with enablement of sales teams and business stakeholders as the primary objective.
  • The focus is on partnering closely with sales and business leaders to ensure Salesforce and connected customer platforms actively support execution, improve efficiency across sales processes, and drive consistency in how teams operate.
  • This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can operate at senior stakeholder level while remaining close enough to execution to drive momentum and remove blockers.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates will need to evidence experience defining and leading product direction for Salesforce and customer platforms, including contact center technology, with a strong focus on sales enablement through close partnership with sales and business leaders to improve execution, efficiency, and platform adoption across complex organizations.
