Role Description:
- Own the Actuarial Function under Solvency II: reserves, capital, and regulatory reporting
- Provide expert advice to the Board and executive on commercial, risk, and strategic matters
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of actuaries and trainees
- Influence outcomes across Risk, Finance, and the wider business without direct reporting lines
- Promote strong governance, actuarial best practice, and professional judgement
- Engage with regulators and senior stakeholders confidently
