Oliver James is partnering with a leading insurer to recruit a Risk Analyst to join a collaborative and high-performing risk team. This role will support the delivery of key risk management activities across the business, with a particular focus on risk reporting, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience within the insurance sector is essential.
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and processes.
- Experience using GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tools.
- Decision Focus experience is mandatory.
- Understanding of regulatory and operational risk requirements within insurance environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery and ongoing development of the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process.
- Assist with risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Maintain and update risk registers and controls within GRC systems.
- Produce risk analysis, management information, and reporting for key stakeholders.
- Support the embedding of risk management practices across the business.
- Work closely with colleagues across Risk, Compliance, and the wider business to ensure effective risk governance.
