expectations and internal risk standards.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct risk-based assessments to define appropriate verification requirements for complex client profiles.<\/li>\n<li>Review and validate key information including source of wealth, funding origins, and ownership structures across sophisticated entities.<\/li>\n<li>Perform screening checks covering sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs) and jurisdictional exposure.<\/li>\n<li>Lead enhanced due diligence reviews for higher-risk clients and transactions where required.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary escalation contact for intricate or sensitive cases, including trusts, family offices, leverage arrangements and cross-border structures.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential financial crime risks and escalate concerns relating to fraud, sanctions exposure, or illicit activity.<\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with Compliance and Legal teams when assessing non-standard ownership arrangements or elevated risk exposures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong governance by ensuring consistent application of AML\/CFT frameworks and internal onboarding standards.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out quality assurance on completed reviews, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with underwriting, case management, and distribution teams to facilitate efficient onboarding Je adviseert stakeholders op alle niveaus over de toepassing van privacywetgeving en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe initiatieven, processen en systemen voldoen aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je opereert zelfstandig binnen een compacte organisatie waar de lijnen kort zijn en jouw expertise direct wordt gewaardeerd.<\/p>\n<h3>Jouw werkzaamheden<\/h3>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Adviseren over privacyvraagstukken binnen projecten, processen en verandertrajecten;<\/li>\n<li>Beoordelen van privacyrisico’s en uitvoeren van risicoanalyses;<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen, actualiseren en implementeren van privacybeleid en procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Beoordelen van verwerkersovereenkomsten en andere privacygerelateerde documentatie;<\/li>\n<li>Onderzoeken en afhandelen van datalekken en privacy-incidenten;<\/li>\n<li>Uitvoeren van privacy-audits en ondersteunen bij interne en externe toezichtsactiviteiten;<\/li>\n<li>Adviseren over privacyaspecten bij digitalisering, nieuwe systemen en productontwikkelingen;<\/li>\n<li>Samenwerken met Compliance, Legal, IT en de Functionaris Gegevensbescherming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wie ben jij?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je bent een zelfstandige professional die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat. Je weet complexe wet- en regelgeving te vertalen naar praktische oplossingen en bent in staat om verschillende belangen samen te brengen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Daarnaast beschik je over:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Een afgeronde wo-opleiding;<\/li>\n<li>Een privacycertificering zoals CIPP\/E, VPR-A of vergelijkbaar;<\/li>\n<li>Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Privacy Officer;<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring binnen een omgeving met veel wet- en regelgeving;<\/li>\n<li>Bij voorkeur ervaring binnen financi\u00eble dienstverlening, verzekeringen of bancaire instellingen;<\/li>\n<li>Sterke stakeholdermanagement- en adviesvaardigheden;<\/li>\n<li>Een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte instelling;<\/li>\n<li>Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wat maakt deze rol interessant?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Je komt terecht in een organisatie die volop in beweging is.
