German Speaking &#8211; Contract &#8211; Zurich"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div><strong>Procurement Specialist &#8211; German Speaking &#8211; Contract &#8211; Zurich<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re currently supporting a leading organisation in the Swiss infrastructure and utilities sector as they look to bring in an experienced <strong>Procurement Specialist \/<\/strong> <strong>Operational Buyer<\/strong> to join their procurement team on an initial <strong>4-month contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p> This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong operational procurement experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting purchasing activities while collaborating closely with category management and key business stakeholders.<\/p>\n<h3>The Role<\/h3>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of procurement activities across an assigned category, acting as a key point of contact for purchasing requirements and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives where required.<\/p>\n<p> Working alongside experienced procurement professionals, you&#8217;ll play an important role in ensuring procurement processes remain efficient, compliant and commercially effective.<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day operational procurement activities across your assigned category.<\/li>\n<li>Support category strategy execution and strategic sourcing initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Raise and manage purchase orders, invoices and supplier payments.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with supplier tenders (RfX processes), contract administration and supplier reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain procurement systems and ensure data accuracy across purchasing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor supplier performance and identify risks relating to pricing, delivery schedules and capacity.<\/li>\n<li>Produce procurement reporting and KPI tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and deliver an excellent procurement service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in an Operational Buyer or Purchasing role.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP\/procurement platforms such as <strong>SAP, Ariba, Oracle<\/strong> or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy operational environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English and German.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to Have<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Procurement qualifications such as <strong>CIPS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with digital procurement platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Additional European language skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Contract Details<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Baden, Switzerland (Hybrid working)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start:<\/strong> ASAP<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Initial 4-month contract<\/li>\n<li><strong>Workload:<\/strong> 100% (5 days per week)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong> English &amp; Je zorgt ervoor dat de benodigde gronden, rechten en afspraken beschikbaar zijn om nieuwe energieprojecten mogelijk te maken.<\/p>\n<p>Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actief benaderen van grondeigenaren, zowel telefonisch als persoonlijk.<\/li>\n<li>Voeren van gesprekken en onderhandelingen over grondgebruik, zakelijke rechten en grondaankopen.<\/li>\n<li>Opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met particuliere en zakelijke grondeigenaren.<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00f6rdineren en begeleiden van grondzaken binnen energie-infrastructuurprojecten.<\/li>\n<li>Bewaken van projectplanningen, voortgang en deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Opstellen, beoordelen en begeleiden van overeenkomsten en juridische documenten.<\/li>\n<li>Schakelen met gemeenten, aannemers, projectteams, juristen en andere stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Signaleren van risico&#8217;s en gezamenlijk werken aan passende oplossingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Geen dag is hetzelfde: de ene dag voer je gesprekken met grondeigenaren, de andere dag werk je aan overeenkomsten of stem je de voortgang van projecten af met collega&#8217;s en externe partijen.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Wie zoeken wij?<\/h3>\n<p>Wij zoeken een ondernemende professional aan het begin van zijn of haar carri\u00e8re die energie krijgt van stakeholdermanagement, projectco\u00f6rdinatie en het realiseren van concrete resultaten.<\/p>\n<p>Je beschikt over:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Rechtsgeleerdheid, Bestuurskunde, Vastgoed, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Ruimtelijke Ordening of vergelijkbaar.<\/li>\n<li>Circa 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring.<\/li>\n<li>Ervaring in of affiniteit met accountmanagement, sales, consultancy of stakeholdermanagement.<\/li>\n<li>Interesse in juridische vraagstukken en contractvorming.<\/li>\n<li>Affiniteit met techniek, infrastructuur en de energietransitie.<\/li>\n<li>Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.<\/li>\n<li>Het lef om actief contact te leggen met nieuwe relaties en gesprekken aan te gaan.<\/li>\n<li>Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd te beheren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Wat maakt deze functie aantrekkelijk?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Je werkt aan projecten die essentieel zijn voor de energietransitie in Nederland.<\/li>\n<li>Je ontwikkelt jezelf op het snijvlak van juridisch, technisch, commercieel en projectmatig werken.<\/li>\n<li>Je krijgt al vroeg verantwoordelijkheid over eigen dossiers en projecten.<\/li>\n<li>Je bouwt een sterk netwerk op van grondeigenaren, overheden en andere stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Je leert onderhandelen, adviseren en projectmatig werken binnen een complexe en maatschappelijk relevante omgeving.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Wie ben jij?<\/h3>\n<p>Je bent nieuwsgierig, communicatief sterk en niet bang om initiatief te nemen. <em>must have a Limited Company set up to be paid into as a contractor<\/em><\/p>\n<p> <strong>Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> We are seeking an experienced SAP Authorizations Consultant to join a major SAP S\/4HANA transformation programme for 12 months as an external contractor.
