This is a high-visibility position offering direct interaction with investment professionals, trading desks, finance, operations, and senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for an auditor with insurance or financial services experience looking to broaden their exposure while contributing to the continued enhancement of the organization&#8217;s governance and control environment.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Lead and execute risk-based internal audit engagements from planning through reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Perform audits assessing operational, financial, regulatory, and compliance risks.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the annual Model Audit Rule (MAR) audit program, including planning, testing, and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations while tracking remediation efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with business leaders to strengthen internal controls, governance, and risk management practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support external auditors and contribute to the continuous improvement of Internal Audit methodologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Qualifications<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>5+ years of Internal Audit or Public Accounting experience.<\/li>\n<li>Insurance or Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Model Audit Rule (MAR) and\/or Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting or Finance required.<\/li>\n<li>CPA, CIA, CISA, or other relevant audit certifications are preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>What&#8217;s on Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Competitive base salary of <strong>$90,000-$115,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Annual bonus opportunity plus comprehensive benefits package.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work closely with executive leadership and key business stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid working model with <strong>2 days per week in the office<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/counter.adcourier.com\/Unlhbi5NYWRpZWZza3kuNzkxMjMuMTEzMDlAb2xpdmVyamFtZXNhc3NvY2lhdGVzLmFwbGl0cmFrLmNvbQ.gif\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>About the Opportunity Oliver James is partnered with a well-established insurance \/ financial services organization seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join its Internal Audit team. middle\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri;font-size: 11.0pt\">Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-top: 0;margin-bottom:
