Expert<\/strong> to play a key role in shaping the future of their Motor pricing strategy. They are looking for someone who enjoys building, leading and delivering strategic pricing initiatives from conception through to implementation, while working closely with senior stakeholders across Pricing, Underwriting, IT and Distribution.<\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll be given the autonomy to challenge the status quo, introduce innovative approaches and influence the future direction of the pricing function.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead strategic pricing projects from initial concept through to implementation and post-launch monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative pricing solutions to support new distribution channels, including broker partnerships and new business initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Drive the evolution of pricing methodologies, including algorithmic pricing and the integration of external data sources.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with IT, Data Science, Underwriting and Commercial teams to deliver pricing transformation projects.<\/li>\n<li>Challenge existing pricing approaches and recommend improvements based on market knowledge and technical expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of project governance, stakeholder management and delivery timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and support junior pricing analysts and interns, helping to develop the next generation of pricing talent.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a recognised pricing expert within the business, influencing strategic decisions and contributing to long-term commercial success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8-10+ years&#8217; experience in General Insurance Pricing.<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience within <strong>Motor Pricing<\/strong> is highly desirable, although Property pricing experience will also be considered.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience leading complex pricing projects and delivering business change.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical pricing expertise with a commercial mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with pricing models, external data and advanced analytical techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and influencing decision-making at senior levels.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience managing or mentoring junior team members.<\/li>\n<li>French market knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Makes This Opportunity Different?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a business that genuinely values innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. experience with a firm devoted to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp; experience with a firm devoted to developing &amp; progressing their people, this ones for you.<\/p>\n<p> Whether you&#8217;re an External Auditor, with strong Financial Statement experience, or a current Deals\/FDD\/TAS professional who is a Databook whiz, this firm should be on your radar. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred &#8211; will accept those who are in process<\/li>\n<li>4+ years of experience within Audit, Assurance, Advisory or Deals\/FDD, within a Public Accounting firm (Big 4\/Top 10 preferred )<\/li>\n<li>Experience with large, Public filers (Audit\/Assurance) &amp; High Value Transactions (Deals\/FDD)<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professionalism required- including the ability to communicate with C-Suite level individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Self starter, who can thrive as an Individual Contributor, or in a team-based environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, FASB &amp;
