Dublin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This role sits within the EMEA Board Governance function and offers the opportunity to work closely with Boards, Committees and senior leadership teams across a highly regulated environment.<\/p>\n<h2>The Role<\/h2>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As part of the governance team, you will support the effective operation of various legal entities and committees, ensuring governance standards, regulatory obligations and company secretarial responsibilities are delivered to the highest standard.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You will work cross-functionally with teams including Risk, Compliance, Operations and Investment Management, providing governance support and facilitating effective communication between senior stakeholders and Boards.<\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Coordinate and manage Board and Committee meetings, including scheduling and annual calendars<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, review and distribute meeting agendas and Board materials<\/li>\n<li>Draft accurate and concise minutes and track follow-up actions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain statutory records, governance documentation and internal registers<\/li>\n<li>Review and update governance procedures, terms of reference and delegated authority frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Support directors and senior stakeholders on governance-related matters<\/li>\n<li>Assist with regulatory requests, due diligence exercises and AML\/KYC activities<\/li>\n<li>Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance governance processes and strengthen controls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>About You<\/h2>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Qualified or Part-Qualified Company Secretary preferred<\/li>\n<li>Previous company secretarial or governance experience within a regulated financial services environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Boards and Committees<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to funds, asset management, management companies or other regulated investment structures would be advantageous<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and Board processes<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written communication and minute-taking skills<\/li>\n<li>Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging with senior executives and directors<\/li>\n<li>Experience using governance management systems and board portal De lijnen zijn kort: collega&#8217;s, teamleiders en de directeur zijn makkelijk benaderbaar en kennen elkaar persoonlijk. De sfeer is open, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Iedereen staat klaar om elkaar te helpen en initiatief wordt gewaardeerd.<\/p>\n<p>De organisatie is inhoudelijk gedreven en werkt met veel energie en daadkracht. Na een strategische verandering is de organisatie stabieler en wendbaarder ingericht, waardoor teams sneller kunnen samenwerken en beslissingen dichter bij de inhoud worden genomen.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Het team <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Je komt terecht in een hecht finance team van vier collega&#8217;s, bestaande uit twee accountants, een controller en jij. Jouw rol bevindt zich op het snijvlak van accounting en control, waarbij je een verbindende rol vervult binnen het team. Je rapporteert aan de Finance Manager en werkt nauw samen met verschillende stakeholders, waaronder projectbeheerders en het HR team.<\/p>\n<p>Het team kenmerkt zich door een informele en betrokken werksfeer, met korte lijnen en veel onderlinge samenwerking. Buiten werktijd worden regelmatig activiteiten georganiseerd.
