Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Data and Technology, you will take ownership of translating complex Finance priorities into clear, structured and delivery-ready requirements. This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who combines strong Business Analysis capability with a Product Owner mindset and can independently drive change from initial requirements and business design through to delivery and testing. <\/p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead requirements gathering, definition and documentation across a portfolio of Finance transformation initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the key bridge between Finance, Data, Technology, external vendors and delivery teams. <\/li>\n<li>Translate complex Finance requirements into clear, sequenced and actionable change requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Own business design and review solution design documentation, ensuring proposed solutions meet Finance requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of UAT planning and execution, maintaining clear traceability between requirements and testing. <\/li>\n<li>Improve delivery quality by ensuring requirements are complete, validated and signed off before development. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with senior Finance stakeholders while reducing reliance on SMEs for day-to-day delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Help improve and modernise the approach to Finance change within a predominantly waterfall environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Experience Required<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within Finance Transformation &#8211; this is not suited to a generic BA without significant Finance experience. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Finance processes, data flows and reporting, ideally across Financial Control, FP&amp;A and\/or Treasury. <\/li>\n<li>Experience operating with a Product Owner mindset, taking genuine ownership of change rather than solely documenting requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Strong process and data-flow mapping skills, with the ability to visualise end-to-end processes and system interactions. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working across Finance, Data and Technology teams and managing relationships with third-party vendors. <\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and align senior stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Experience owning UAT and testing activity through to completion. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Particularly Relevant Experience<\/h2>\n<p>The upcoming roadmap includes a significant General Ledger transformation, making previous GL implementation or transformation experience highly desirable. Experience improving month-end close processes would also be particularly relevant.<\/p>\n<p> Experience in any of the following would also be valuable: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finance Data &amp; Reporting transformation, including working closely with BI\/Data teams. <\/li>\n<li>Treasury transformation or Treasury Management System implementations. <\/li>\n<li>Workday or Oracle Finance. <\/li>\n<li>Tableau or wider BI\/reporting environments. <\/li>\n<li>Finance automation or AI use cases. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership across a significant Finance change roadmap, with exposure to senior Finance stakeholders and major programmes spanning General Ledger, Finance Data &amp; Reporting and Treasury. This will be a London hybrid base paying up to c\u00a3150,000 basic p\/a excluding benefits and bonuses.<\/p>\n<p>The successful individual will work with major private-sector organisations to shape, sell and deliver complex Enterprise Performance Management transformation programmes, combining business-led change with Oracle EPM technology. This is a highly commercial role requiring someone who can identify market opportunities, develop compelling propositions and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">You will take responsibility for developing and converting a strong pipeline of Oracle EPM opportunities, working closely with both clients and Oracle sales teams. Alongside business development, you will provide strategic guidance to clients, identify emerging market trends and lead the delivery of large-scale, complex EPM transformation programmes from inception through to completion. You will have responsibility for managing commercial risk, programme profitability and client satisfaction, while contributing to the wider growth and direction of the practice.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for an established consulting leader with significant experience of Oracle EPM, complex transformation programmes and professional services. You will bring strong commercial acumen, a track record of developing and negotiating major deals, and experience managing senior client and technology-vendor relationships. Je wordt onderdeel van een professionele financeafdeling en bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige R2R-proces van meerdere bedrijfsonderdelen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat de financi\u00eble administratie tijdig, volledig en betrouwbaar wordt afgesloten. <strong>POS <\/strong>platform<\/li>\n<li>Support the integration and implementation of<strong> eKYC <\/strong>\/ digital customer verification capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical solution architecture<\/li>\n<li>Design integrations across POS, eKYC and other insurance systems<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with business, architecture, compliance and delivery teams throughout implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>9+ years of experience<\/strong> as a Solution Architect \/ Application Architect \/ Enterprise Architect<\/li>\n<li>Insurance industry experience is required<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Point of Sales (POS), eKYC, digital onboarding, eApplication, agency\/distribution or insurance sales platforms is highly preferred<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience delivering technology changes driven by Insurance Authority (IA) \/ regulatory requirements would be a strong advantage<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of insurance systems and end-to-end sales journeys<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proficiency in
